As a Lead Product Designer, I worked on a TRANS-NATIONAL PARTNERSHIP
dashboard from start-to-finish; using Figma, collaboration, analytics and research tools. My team consists 30 countrywide researchers, an associate designer, 3 software engineers and a UX writer.

PAIN POINTS:
1. Unavailability of a central database for multiple users and stakeholders to access at the same time from different locations around the globe, especially UK and Nigeria
2. A collection system for all the requests to facilitate Higher Education (HE) partnerships between Universities
3. An online platform to display all the networks British Council have and to broadcast partnership opportunities
SOLUTION: A user friendly and interactive site to host Higher Education Partnerships data and insights generated from the research and collect UK and Nigerian institution’s account set-up details which will include personal information of each institution’s main contact person(s). This cannot be done on the current British Council website.
