This project was led by me as Lead Product Designer, working alongside an Associate UI Designer, Product Manager, UX Writer, and a team of four engineers, supported by over 30 field researchers who grounded the work in real-world insight. Across a five-month timeline, the work drew on UX and content strategy, design thinking, data visualization, interaction design, and design systems, with a strong commitment to accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2), user testing, leadership, and stakeholder management. The toolstack included Figma, Miro, Zeplin, HTML/CSS, Notion AI, Hotjar, HubSpot, GitHub, and analytics platforms, reflecting the scale and complexity of the engagement.
